Once we receive your order, your order status will show as "Processing". You should also receive an email from either of our dedicated payment providers (PayPal or Stripe) detailing the total cost/charges of
your transaction. This is your proof of purchase. Please keep this documentation safe, as this will be required, in the event of a return. Once your order has been processed, it's status will change to "Complete".
You can check on the status of your order at any time, by logging in to your customer account. Note that if you checked out as a "Guest", you will not be able to see the status of your order. If your order is being shipped using an independent courier, we will email you any pertinent information, such as any tracking or air waybill numbers, as appropriate, should you wish to follow the progress of your order, through the relevant courier's website.
If the total value of the goods you have ordered exceeds £150, you will be entitled to free delivery. This option only appears during the checkout process, if your order meets the stated minimum criteria. Please note that only UK residents are eligible for this offer.
If you are a UK resident, all processed orders are delivered using Royal Mail's standard second class postal service. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days. If you are not a UK resident, we recommend that you select the "International Economy" or "International Standard" service at checkout. Customers residing within the EU may have to allow up to 7 working days delivery. Outside of the EU, please allow up to 14 working days. Should you still not have received your order beyond these timeframes, please contact us.
If you are placing, or have placed an order with us as an overseas customer, your shopping cart will have applied costs based on standard second class mail rates. In such cases, please note that delivery may take up to 28 days. If you need to receive your parcel more urgently, we recommend you contact us directly, to arrange delivery of your goods using one of our chosen couriers. You will be liable for any additional charges, less the postage you were already levied at checkout. Additional Notes (Overseas Customers)
Depending on your nation's customs regulations, your order may be subject to import duty or local taxes, by the relevant authorities. Martinico is not responsible for these additional fees, so we would advise you to check if they're applicable to you, and make provisions accordingly.
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund having inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will authorise a refund to the relevant account, used to make the original payment. In other words your PayPal account or the credit/debit card account you used for your purchase. Your refund may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on the policies of the relevant financial institution concerned. If for any reason your refund has not been credited to your account after 7 working days, please call us and we can look into the matter further for you.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, any refunds we authorise will always include your original shipping costs.
