No. You can still purchase goods online using the 'Guest Checkout' option. However, we always recommend registering an account with us, as it has the added benefit of not having to enter your personal details again, such as your postal address, should you decide to purchase from us again. You will also be eligible to earn yourself reward points when ordering products, which can be redeemed against future purchases.

We can accept payments online using PayPal or using Stripe, our dedicated credit/debit card payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted for security purposes. Additionallly, we can accept cash if you are visiting our showroom and want to buy products in person or you wish to collect your goods from our store, after placing an order online.

We ship all of our products using Royal Mail's second class standard post, to keep our costs low and in turn pass the savings on to our customers. Delivery times naturally vary, according to your location but as a general rule, to destinations in the UK mainland, it usually takes between 2-3 working days until you receive your goods. We also offer Royal Mail's international standard postage, delvery times again vary depending on where you are. If you need your goods in a hurry, please get in touch with us and we can arrange an express delivery (please note that this will incur additional costs).
