Shipping policy

United Kingdom

All our orders are sent out using Royal Mail’s  24 or 48 Tracked, (no signature) Service which should arrive within 1-3 or 3-5 working days of you placing the order. The standard delivery charge for most items is £6.05 for 24 hr and £4.70 for 48 hr.. Tracking numbers are available upon request, please email me: info@martinico.co.uk.

Refunds will not be issued in the event that a parcel is stolen from your doorstep in your absence. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address accurately, as we cannot accept responsibility for sending an order out using incorrectly provided information.

European Union

All orders for the EU will be charged according to weight and should arrive within 2-11 working days. Tariffs will vary between £12.50 and £16.35 for Zone 1, between £13.10 and £18.45 for Zone 2 and £16.70 and £20.95 for Zone 3. Based on weight bands of 250g up to 2kg.

Worldwide

For any international orders outside the EU, will be charged according to weight (250g up to 2kg) and  should arrive within 3-17 working days. Tariffs will vary between £19.90 and £36.90 for Brazil, Canada, China,  Hong Kong, India, Japan, Pakistan and Thailand. Between £19.90 and £36.90 for Rest of the World Zone 1, £17.55 and £37.40 for rest of the World Zone 2 and £17.85 and £33.65 for Rest of the World Zone 3

Please be aware that any EU orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes/fees. Martinico is not responsible for these charges.
